svasavtare(?) nuṣṭhā vivāhamūrtiṃ ca ṣaṣṭhaṃ pāśupataṃ tathā। gaṅgādharaṃ tathā caivaṃ.......vamaṃ.......ṣaṃvādaṃ daśamaṃ gauryanugraham।
Manuscript Ending
ṛddhir māyāpavarṇañ ca nādaṃ saṃhṛtir eva ca। ete daśa guṇā[ḥ] proktāḥ teṣāṃ lakṣaṇam ucyate। triguṇaṃ śūlam ityuktaṃ satyaṃ paraśur ucyate। khaḍgam īśapratāpan tu dṛśyataṃ vajram ucyate। ṛddhiṃ prasādarūpan tu pāśaṃ marya[māyā?]svarūpakam। kuṭhāram aṅkuśaṃ caiva ghaṇṭa[ā]ṃ nādātmakaṃ vidhiḥ।
