vakṣye yutamahādhārāṃ śrūyatāṃ ravisattamaḥ( )। śrīkaraṃ vijayaṃ puṇyam āyur ārogyavardhanam। sarvarogavināśārthaṃ sarvābhīṣṭaphalapradam। dha......cābhiṣecayet। ayutākhyai[r] mahādhārāvidhiḥ prokto'bhivṛddhaye। ityaṃśumān tantre ayutamahādhārā[ghaṭa]nirmāṇavidhipaṭalaḥ।
