sadyamantraṃ vimu[samu?]ccāryā[ya] pādyaṃ pādaupradā.........camandādyāṃ ru.....ṇena śirovyakam। gadhamāvamukhenaiva [gandhaṃ vāmamukhe caiva?] puṣpamīśānamūrdhnake। dhūpaṃ sadyam aghoreṇa dīpan naivedyapūruṣam।
