bindumātrasvarūpeṇa śivatattvakramaṃ śṛṇu। śivaṃ parāvaṃ[parāt paraṃ?] guhyaṃ brahmayannininindakam(?)। ano[au]pamyāvayaṃ(?) sūkṣmaṃ nityasarvagataṃ prabhum।

ghaṇṭānādañ ca pāśañ ca dhanuraṅkuśā........ṃ। .........l̤payet। āktre(?) sahair yuktaṃ kṛṣṇanāgo[pa]vītakam। sadyavāmādimantreṇa sthāpayet pūrvavac chubham।
