This text lays down the procedure for installing candra's idol in the temple. The text agrees well with candrapratiṣṭhāvidhi with svāyambhuva (uttara) IFI.T.886, pp.54-58. There is a transcript copy of this Ms. in IFI, bearing no. 776

athātas saṃpravakṣyāmi nirmitaṃ nidhaneśana। vaśyārthañ ca jayārthañ ca lokānugrahakāraṇam। aṣṭapatradalaṃ vāpi cakram evavidhīyate। śilādi lohajañ caiva candraberañ ca kathyate। pūrvāsyo paścimāsyo vā sthāpayen nidhaneśana। tithinakṣatravārādiś śodhayet sitapakṣake। maṇḍapaṃ vāpi tan madhye ṣoḍaśastambhasaṃyutam।

evaṃ yaḥ kurute martyaḥ sa puṇyāṃ gatimāpnuyāt। iti uttarasvāyaṃbhuve candrapratiṣṭhārcanavidhipaṭalaḥ। subrahmaṇyagurukkaL grantham svahastalikhitam। dhyānāni utpaladvayahastavarābhayaṃ śuklavarṇaśubhāyatalocanam। īśamūrdhnidharaṃ surapūjitaṃ śrīkaraṃ śivacandram upāsmahe॥
