Though it is said in the colophon that it deals with the consecration of 16 forms of gaṇeśa, the text is similar to the printed in pp.206-208, (CP.edition of suprabheda which deals with only the conscecration of one form of gaṇeśa) and has slight agreement with the beginning of the printed edition SIAA. Kriyāpāda, ch. 43

ṣoḍaśānāṃ gaṇeśānāṃ vakṣye sthāpanam uttamam। aputro putrasaphalaṃ nirvighnaṃ yatkriyādikam। ādau tvaham umāsārdhaṃ himavadvane। kareṇuś ca gajendreṇa saṃbhogamakarot tataḥ। yadṛechayā tu tad dṛṣṭvā tad ākāram। abhūdaham। kareṇorākṛtiś comāntadā krīḍāmahaṃ bhṛ'sam। tasmāt tadgarbham ādhatta tasmin kāle tavodbhavaḥ।
