vṛṣārūḍhapratiṣṭhāntu vakṣye tal lakṣaṇānvitam। caturbhujan triṇetrañ ca jaṭāmakuṭasaṃyutam। paraśundakṣiṇe haste vāmahaste mṛgo bhavet। pūrvadakṣiṇahastantu kaṭakāvakradaṇḍayuk। asya sarvakoṣṭhantu vinyaset vṛṣamastake।

labhate saṃpadaṃ 'saivaṃ bhuktvā bhogān yathedhiyāḥ। iti 'srīmatkāmikākhye mahātantre vṛṣabhāruḍhapratiṣṭāvidhipaṭalaḥ। hariḥ om। subrahmaṇyagurukkaL grantham svahastalikhitam। śrībālasubrahmaṇyāya namaḥ॥
