This text contains the procedure of installing the lower pedestal on which the liṅga is placed. This text agrees well with IFI.T. 449. pp.475-482. The title is mentioned as pīṭhikāsthāpana in the first śloka of this text and as piṇḍikāsthāpana in the colophon. T.449 mentions the title as iṇḍikāsthāpana in the first śloka and as pīṭhasthāpana in the colophon. This matter is not found in the printed edition

ataḥ paraṃ pravakṣyāmi pīṭhikāsthāpanaṃ param। āyurārogyajayadaṃ putrapautravivardhanam। piṇḍikā syāsumādevī liṅgaḥ syāt parameśvaraḥ। tayoryogakriyāyāntu sā pratiṣṭhā mahānaghā। manonmanīsvarūpeṇa pīṭhaṃ dhyāyet samāhitaḥ। trividhaṃ sthāpanaṃ proktaṃ viśeṣataḥ।
