oṃ hāṃ ātmatattvāya namaḥ। oṃ hāṃ bhū tattvādhipataye brahmaṇe namaḥ। iti brahmabhāge। oṃ hīṃ vidyātattvāya namaḥ। oṃ hīṃ vidyādhipataye namaḥ viṣṇave namaḥ। viṣṇubhāge। oṃ hūṃ 'sivatattvāya namaḥ। oṃ hrāṃ śivatattvādhipataye rudrāya namaḥ। iti rudrabhāge। pṛthivībhāge। oṃ hrāṃ kṣmāmūrtaye namaḥ। oṃ hāṃ kṣmāmūrtādhipataye śarvāya namaḥ।
