This text contains the treatment of the traits which qualify one to be fit for the status of an ācārya. It is almost the same as the treatment of this topic in the printed edn. of the pūrvakāraṇāgama (CP) ch.26. At the beginning śivapūjākrama as the subject of this text is mentioned but the next śloka deals with ācāryalakṣaṇa

śuklāmbaradharaṃ viṣṇuṃ śaśivaṛṇañ catur bhujam। prasannavadanan dhyāyet sarvavighnopaśāntaye॥ natvā sadāśivaṃ sāmbaṃ sarvānugrahakāraṇaṃ। śivapūjākramaṃ vakṣye śivasiddhāntavartmanā॥ śrī tanunāthasvāmisahāyam। ācāryalakṣaṇaṃ vakṣye liṅgasaṃsthāpanāya ca॥ śaivañ catur vidhaṃ jñeyaṃ śaivaṃ pāśupataṃ tathā।

paulomyaka-me serve gocaravargiṇam। kuleṣveteṣu saṃjāta ādiśaiva iti smṛtāḥ॥ eteṣāṃ śaṃkaraṃ jñātvā maiva bāhyaṃ kuru de'sikaḥ। iti śrīmatpratiṣṭhātantre ācāryavidhilakṣaṇavidhipaṭalaḥ॥
